User Agreement
Please read the terms and conditions of this License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before using FlixGrab software.
This License is a legal agreement between you and DIGIFLIX, LLC.
By assenting electronically, installing or using this software you accept all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not continue the installation process and delete or destroy all copies of FlixGrab software in your possession.
Disclaimer of Warranty
FlixGrab software is provided "as-is" and without warranty of any kind, express, implied or otherwise, including without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall the author of this software be held liable for data loss, damages, loss of profits or any other kind of loss while using or misusing this software.
License
FlixGrab software is free for personal and educational (including non-profit organization) use.
In these cases, you are granted the right to use and to make an unlimited number of copies of this software.
You may use one copy of FlixGrab software on a single computer. You may make one copy of FlixGrab software for back-up or archival purposes, or copy onto the hard disk of Your computer and retain the original for back-up or archival purposes.
Restrictions on Use
You may not sublicense, rent, lease or transfer FlixGrab software without our prior written consent. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, make any attempt to discover the source code of FlixGrab software.
You may not use FlixGrab software as part of a facility management, timesharing, service provider or service bureau arrangement. You may not use FlixGrab software in any manner that is not permitted pursuant to this License Agreement.
Limitation of liability
In no circumstances will FlixGrab software be liable to you for any damages, claims or costs whatsoever (whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise) including, without limitation, any lost profits, Lost savings, lost information, loss of data nor any consequential, indirect, incidental damages.
The Foregoing limitations and exclusion apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in your jurisdiction. Nothing in this License limits DIGIFLIX, LLC liability to you in the event of death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or for fraud.
General
If any part of this License is found to be void and unenforceable it will not affect the validity of the remainder of this License, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.
This License may only be varied in writing and signed by an authorized representative of DIGIFLIX, LLC. Updates may be licensed to you by DIGIFLIX, LLC with additional or different terms but DIGIFLIX, LLC has no obligation to provide any updates.
This License is the entire Agreement between you and us and supersedes any prior representations, undertakings or advertising relating to the Product and you acknowledge that in entering into this License you have not relied on any statement, representation, advertising, assurance or warranty (whether made negligently or innocently) other than as expressly set out in this License.
DIGIFLIX, LLC is entitled to transfer or assign any of its rights or obligations under the License.
